How to Power your e-Discovery and eMail Archiving - Thursday, November 17, 2011 at 1:30 (Eastern)

Intradyn is the leading email archiving appliance that helps SMB's:

  •         Manage their email server growth,
  •         Comply with legal and regulatory requirements for records retention, and
  •         Ensure easy user-level access to stored e-mails. While
  •         Reducing the growing cost and complexity of archiving and managing email.

Intradyn provides email searching, archiving, and recovery capabilities useable by anyone in your company, from administrators to end-users; compliance officers to Human Resource.

You can quickly and efficiently locate the exact email you are looking for from within Microsoft Outlook and many other e-mail clients (such as Lotus Notes, GroupWise) using Intradyn's search tools. For example with Outlook users, Intradyn's integration with Outlook eliminates the many hours typically spent training end users on other vendors' propriety search interface, when they can search directly against the archive store on their own using the Outlook email client with Intradyn.

Migrating from NetWare to OES Linux - tbd

NetWare is nearing its end of support.  The future is Linux.  But Linux itself doesn't have all of the tools that NetWare engineers have become accustomed to such as:

  • Directory enabled DNS
  • Directory enabled DHCP
  • robust file system with very granular permissions
  • eDirectory
  • Print services with automatic driver download to all clients (including Linux, Mac, and Windows)

But Open Enterprise Server running on a Linux kernel has these and many more features.

This hands on class will be held in Breinigsville, PA and will cover that basics of migrating from NetWare to Linux OES. Labs will range from installing Linux and OES to configuring and migrating print services, file services, DNS, DHCP, as well as the identity of the server.

Registration will be available soon and space will be limited to optimize the experience for the attendees.
